PROCESOS DE SOLDEO<\/h2>\n

Gometegui Industrial, S.L. cuenta desde el mes de marzo de 2021, con la certificaci\u00f3n en la norma UNE-EN ISO 3834-2:2006<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El alcance de esta norma capacita a la empresa para la fabricaci\u00f3n de componentes met\u00e1licos soldados<\/strong> en los sectores hidroel\u00e9ctrico, e\u00f3lico, naval, aeron\u00e1utico, minero, qu\u00edmico, petroqu\u00edmico, sider\u00fargico, celulosa, cementera, nuclear y defensa.<\/p>\n

El objetivo principal<\/strong> de la certificaci\u00f3n EN ISO 3834 (antigua EN 729) es asegurar que los fabricantes son competentes y realizan un control adecuado del proceso especial de soldeo<\/strong>, de manera que sus clientes puedan tener la confianza de que sus productos soldados cumplir\u00e1n con los requisitos acordados en relaci\u00f3n a la calidad de la soldadura.<\/p>\n

En conjunto con EN ISO 9001, esta norma define los requisitos de calidad al objeto de controlar eficientemente las construcciones soldadas.<\/p>\n

Calidad de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

En cuanto a\u00a0 la ENE ISO 1090<\/strong>, esta norma\u00a0permite garantizar la calidad de fabricaci\u00f3n y la seguridad<\/strong> de los productos procedentes de los fabricantes del sector del metal, entre ellos los de estructuras met\u00e1licas.<\/p>\n

Los fabricantes deben certificar sus productos con el marcado CE obligatorio<\/strong> con la finalidad de cumplir con los requisitos del mercado.<\/p>\n

Verus Certificaci\u00f3n<\/a> ha sido la entidad encargada de emitir la certificaci\u00f3n de Gometegui Industrial en estas dos\u00a0 normativas.<\/p>\n
